Exhaust Perfection: Born From Monkeying Around in a Driveway

Steve Babinsky, owner and operator of East Performance Exhaust, was playing with flatheads before he could even drive. In high school, Steve turned his attention to muscle cars and he and his friends quickly took over his parent’s driveway for their own personal shop. A few years after school, Steve started what has evolved into a world class restoration facility known for Pebble Beach quality restorations. Steve and his team focused on some of the highest quality automobiles ever produced, such as vintage Packards and Duesenbergs, and also restored several original 1950’s hot rods
and customs.

Several years ago, an opportunity presented itself to purchase a small, but well known exhaust system manufacturer and East Performance Exhaust was on its way.

After a couple of moves to accommodate expansion, East Performance Exhaust acquired a modern 22,000 square foot facility in Lebanon, NJ, where it is headquartered today. As a result, East Performance Exhaust is fully equipped to design, manufacture and install any car system imaginable. All East Performance Exhaust parts and systems are custom made, assembled and welded on-site by the company’s experienced in-house staff.
